Draft pending legal review. The organiser agreement and the Article 28 data processing agreement must be drafted by an Irish solicitor -- a generic template does not cover an intermediary that facilitates payments. This page is the brief.

1. What sinfiesta is

sinfiesta is a platform that lets event organisers sell tickets. We are not the seller of the ticket and not the event organiser. We act as disclosed agent of the organiser, who is the seller and the merchant of record for every transaction.

2. Buying tickets

The purchase contract is between you and the organiser. Payments are processed by Stripe and settle directly into the organiser's account; sinfiesta never holds third-party funds.

The price shown includes all applicable charges from the first listing, with our fee itemised separately.

3. No cooling-off period

Tickets for dated leisure events are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. See the refund policy.

4. Resale

You may transfer your ticket free of charge or resell it at or below face value. Resale above the original price is prohibited by the Sale of Tickets Act 2021 for designated events and venues.

5. Organiser obligations

6. Acceptable use

Automated software must not be used to acquire tickets. The Consumer Rights Act 2022 makes this a prohibited commercial practice. We apply per-buyer limits and anti-automation controls.

7. Reporting illegal content

Under the Digital Services Act you can notify us of allegedly illegal content on the platform at notices@sinfiesta.ie. We will acknowledge receipt and issue a statement of reasons.

These terms are governed by Irish law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
