One rate

• Tickets at €10 or above: 2.5% of face value + €0.45 per ticket sold, ex-VAT, capped at €4.50.
• Tickets below €10: 7.0% of face value, ex-VAT, minimum €0.20.
• Free tickets: free, up to 3,000 a year.
• Payment processing: your own Stripe account, at cost. We don't mark it up.
• Setup, subscription, contract, minimums: €0.

The two bands meet exactly at €10, so there is no price cliff over a single cent.

About VAT

Our fee is a professional service subject to 23% Irish VAT. If you are VAT-registered you reclaim it. If you are not, it is a real cost -- we would rather say so here than on your first settlement.
